Off to The London tomorrow, and then down to Cornwall on Sunday for the wedding of some friends, and back on Tuesday - about 22 hours on trains altogether, if everything goes well. Lovely. Tomorrow night is the midnight Watchmen showing at the Imax at the BFI, which I suspect means Saturday will be spent doing Not Much, although since I'm sleeping on my brother's sofa I may be forced to get up early. I'd theoretically like to see either the Darwin exhibition at the National History Museum or the Babylon one at the British Museum, but I'll probably end up going to Spitalfields market and then having curry in Brick Lane instead, which is also of the good. Plus I get to see my brother, and my mate who's disappearing off to Australia for a year soon. And it looks like the weather's going to be nice for the wedding in Cornwall, hurrah.
Probably no LJ-ing, so I'm going to turn LoudTwitter back on temporarily. You know you love it.
(Speaking of twitter, I took part in the
Good Radio Club tonight, listening to a Radio 4 programme about the impact of the internet on YOUR BRAIN and discussing it. Another cool way to use twitter. This was the third one, but I think by far the most popular, because Stephen Fry was interviewed on the programme and had plugged
#goodradioclub on his twitter.)
