Question Time

It's a special teenager-related edition, Question Time tonight, and it's surprisingly good. Douglas Murray is on it and is one of the people most likely to make me put my foot through the TV, but he's being roundly beaten in debate by Davina McCall. Which, heh.

David Dimbleby's being more involved than usual, you can sort of see what he thinks about things. He said something about the "invasion" of Iraq rather than the Iraq liberation - is that what the BBC in general is calling it now? Must keep an eye on that. I remember getting a lot of hassle four years ago for calling it an invasion.

Edit: I may join miss_s_b in shipping Diane Abbott/ Michael Portillo. Cute. Hee.

Heh. I thought Davina started quite well, but went downhill fairly fast.

The kid was pretty good, considering, and the Tory woman didn't annoy me noticeably. And the Miliband just amused me.

Oh yes - Abbott and Portillo* - they've got it going on. The body language is a dead giveaway.

*not to be confused with Abbott and Costello, though, then again...
