Ooops.

Looks like I won't be getting a TFT monitor this month then. Or a USB flash drive, for that matter. Have been off work ill for the last few days, hence the non-posting. Feeling better now, hence the retail therapy. Now, must eat.

ETA: This schools thing is a great idea, but I think it might be going a bit sideways already...look...

EATA (it's either that or I spam you all...): Is it wrong that I wouldn't consider asking to be friended by someone whose journal is apparently "Friend's Only"?

Definitely not wrong. I wouldn't friend someone who didn't know how to use an apostrophe unless I was very sure there were enough good things about them to balance this failing.

Call me an apostrophe fascist if you will. :-)

Do you have an inside track on which Doctor Who books to buy? Am thinking of expanding my collection but don't want to waste my money on books I won't enjoy...

The three I've ordered there are the second three with Nine and Rose. I'm afraid the first three 9&R are the only ones I've read, because it's the only series I've seen! And I want to see the old series before I read the books.

Quick tip for the early books - read the ones by Ian Marter (who played the Fourth Doctor's companion Harry Sullivan) - all much better than the relevant TV series (some of which were also not bad).
