MI High

There's a kids' programme called MI High, and I suspect one of the writers or someone on the team is a Doctor Who fan.

They just defeated the baddie in this ep by reversing the polarity of the machine that was stealing people's energy. (SPOILERS!) They said "switching the polarity", but the machine said "reversing polarity". Heh. And the episode ended with a kid saying "Mummy?" in EXACTLY THAT VOICE. Meep.

I've seen a few bits of MI High and I reckon if I was about 8 I'd love it.

Our downstairs neighbours' daughter (~2.5 years old) freaked me out by saying, "Can't you hear me Daddy? I'm right here." In exactly that voice.

I was always amused by the 'reverse the polarity of the neutron flow' line, given that neutrons have no charge, so a flow of them would have no polarity. Technobabble at it's finest.
